BNP Paribas Factor supports charitable projects

Donate instead of gifts

Christmas is a time of togetherness and charity – which is also true for companies. Traditionally, the companies of the BNP Paribas Group in Germany forego Christmas presents in favor of charitable donations. This year, they have chosen to support the work of doctor clowns in children's hospitals at six BNP Paribas locations.

Laughter is good and activates self-healing powers. Clinic clowns accompany the recovery process of sick children and support the medical therapy. With their humor, these professional artists bring light, colorful moments to every day hospital routines and help children who may not be able to spend Christmas at home.

Such commitment is important at any time, not just at Christmas. Consequently, the companies of the BNP Paribas Group constantly works with a number of initiatives. For example, BNP Paribas Factor supports the Strahlemann Foundation, which works for a better future for children and young people. The focus of the initiative is on improving education and vocational training as well as creating equal opportunities in the education system, both nationally and internationally.
