BNP Paribas Factor named “Best factoring provider 2018”

BNP Paribas Factor has been recognised in the BankingCheck & eKomi Awards this year, for the second year in a row. The factoring subsidiary of the BNP Paribas Group was ranked first once again in the “Factoring provider” category, earning the title “Best factoring provider 2018”.

The award is based on customer reviews submitted to the BankingCheck.de website between 1 January and 30 April 2018. BNP Paribas Factor beat its 16 competitors with an overall rating of 4.6 out of 5 points. The total number of points is reached from reviews of the “Service, advice and support” and “Banking & Processes” categories, in both of which BNP Paribas Factor received 4.6 points. The company also received a 100-percent recommendation rate from the survey participants.

“Satisfaction is the key to a good working relationship. So we are particularly pleased to receive this award again and to have achieved a 100-percent recommendation rate from our customers,” said Thorsten König, Managing Director of BNP Paribas GmbH. “We are proud to have achieved a total of 4.6 points out of 5, but also consider it a challenge to meet our customers' individual needs even better in the future by making digital changes.”

This was the seventh year of the BankingCheck Awards for service providers from the finance and insurance sectors. In order to win the award for best provider or best product of the year, a company has to obtain at least 50 reviews from its customers during the traditional four-month voting period. These are then analysed in May based on category; there are 65 provider categories and 14 product categories. The organiser counted over 120,000 customer reviews this year.
